Now Hiring - Inside Sales Representative in Poway, CA

Maintex is a family-owned janitorial/sanitation distributor and cleaning chemical manufacturer.

The Inside Sales Representative supports and grows Maintex house accounts by establishing relationships with key contacts, proactively communicating compelling offers and solutions, and providing expert product guidance. Daily contact with customers occurs in whichever medium works best for them, be it phone, email, videoconferencing, or text/chat, and all interactions are recorded in a CRM. The Inside Sales Representative grows business by researching competition, proposing new offers and promotions, and qualifying leads and referrals.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service, sales support, inside sales, or similar roles in a B2B distribution company. Experience in Jan/San industry preferred

Computer proficiency including extensive experience with an ERP, CRM, Google suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet, etc.), and Microsoft Excel

Superior people skills and can-do positive attitude with the ability to engage customers

Strong work ethic and eager to succeed
